A packaging rule debated in a state assembly, a viral complaint in Hindi, a competitor launch covered in Tamil press — each can move sales in a region long before it reaches a national English-language summary. Brand teams that rely on English monitoring and quarterly audits see these signals late.
Score every mention, the same way
In the Growth Command Center accelerator, real Indian news is ingested in English and Hindi, extensible to Telugu and Tamil. Every mention is scored by an LLM for sentiment, category, brand, region and impact, with a one-line "so what". If the model is unavailable, scoring falls back to keyword rules rather than stopping.

Join the signal to the money
A spike in negative coverage matters more in a state that carries a large share of a brand's sales. That is why the map lets a team switch between external signals and internal sales metrics — and why its footnote always says which one is shown and how many states are populated.
A sentiment score on its own is trivia. Joined to the sales in that state, it becomes a decision.
