My SCIKIQ · Ask an expert

Ask a
SCIKIQ expert

Put a question to the architects, engineers and delivery leads who build and run the platform. Get a written answer, a 30-minute call, or a guidance session that reviews your design or plan. Every request and every reply is kept in My SCIKIQ.

01Three ways to ask

Pick the format that fits the question

A narrow question needs a written answer. A decision needs a conversation. A design needs someone to look at it with you.

Written

Written answer

One specific question, answered in writing by the right expert. Best for “how does SCIKIQ handle…” questions and quick checks.

30 minutes

Expert call

A video or phone call on up to three related questions, with the expert who covers the topic. Best for choosing between options. Book a free slot yourself, or suggest times.

50 minutes

Guidance session

A working review of your architecture, data model, rollout plan or business case. Share the material beforehand so the time goes on the decision.

02Your request

Specific questions get specific answers. Say what you are deciding and what you have already tried.

Frequently asked questions

Who can ask a SCIKIQ expert a question?

Customers, partners and Academy learners. Give your work email, choose a format and a topic, and write up to three specific questions.

What is the difference between an expert call and a guidance session?

An expert call is 30 minutes on up to three related questions. A guidance session is 50 minutes reviewing your own material, such as an architecture, a data model, a rollout plan or a business case, which you share beforehand.

How is the time agreed?

For topics with published expert hours you book a free slot yourself and it is confirmed straight away, with the meeting link and a calendar file. Otherwise you give up to three times that suit you, in your own time zone, and the SCIKIQ team confirms one by email.

Can I move or cancel a session?

Yes. Cancel the request in My SCIKIQ, which frees the slot for someone else, and book another time.

Where do I see the answer?

In My SCIKIQ, against the request: its status, the expert assigned, the time agreed, and the written answer or the session notes.
